RETURNS POLICY

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you have 14 days from the receipt date of your order to return it. 

Please make sure that the item you want to return or exchange is in its original condition, without any signs of wear, washing or damage, and with the original paper tags.

Please let us know your tracking number so we can process your return faster.

If you return the item, we will refund your payment to the bank card you used to pay for the order. Payment will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our team via joar.com.ua@gmail.com and inform us of the need to exchange the item. We will help you with the exchange and send you a new item
